Livspace - Interior Design Studio, AB Road

They have made a mess of my wardrobes. Entire designing is just eyewash experience . They will do whatever they want without regard to your needs. Only the cost is 5 star

The Livspace Team in Bhopal is pathetic, handover in paper was done in November but still issues are not yet resolved until February, things which were promised initially, now no one is taking proper responsibility, tired of calling each and everyone in the team for the updates, few team members left the project and the new one had no idea on what to work and how to work. Would never ever recommend Livspace to anyone. I have wasted more than 3 lakhs on the kitchen which is not worth at all. Daily I am calling the people from the team and their response is kal ho jaega pakka aur kal hote hote now it’s February , but still my kitchen is pending. Team is just clueless and experience less. Once the full payment is done and handover in papers is done they don’t care cause for them the Livspace has completed a project that is it! Update- While installing chimney, the team broke the display and tried to fix it with tape (and not informed me that time) which was confirmed by the technician I called from the brand before my house warming when I removed the bubble wrap and paid him the service charge as Livspace team has not registered the chimney under Warranty. Granite they attached in kitchen getting off. While installing cabinets no one cleaned the parts and dust particles can be seen inside the glass and aluminium panel. Two boards are cracked before using the kitchen I noticed when I unwrapped the bubble sheet before my Pooja. Lights are not working, profile lights installation has been done like some small kid has done the work. All this they have done and now no response. Note- I was not there in town when all this installation was happening as I trusted Livspace team and their supervisor that they will take care in my absence. But all they did was ruined my dream kitchen. I regret that I chose Livspace for my Kitchen. Negative Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Kitchen design

The quality of the furniture was good but almost all the products were outsourced by different local manufacturers from Mumbai and other cities If you are a time punctual person and want work with professionalism then livespace is not for you they just delay your order at the end movement with unprofessional behaviour you have to take updates again and again they just simply don't care about the customer experience after they get the booking amount they only work for there targets once you just done with the bookings they will forget you as a bad nightmare then you have to take updates again and again they will just simply text you they are in meeting they are on holiday an emergency and lot's of false commitments. so the conclusion is if you choose livspace you will get some delay in work lot's of burden about the work complimentary.
