Visited livspace for the very first time but it went very well. Nice looking forward to book onboard. Ms. DHAIRYE explained things well.

To be really frank. Find an interior designer that is known to you and don’t do any agreement from these guys. There are too many restrictions that you cant change details like name, order items if you placed order than they won’t allow you to change thing even if it is not looking good. They won’t respond to you timely. They really don’t care about customer experience if they would have they must have a good response. Better don’t waste your money as they are costly, not responsive, too many restrictions and worst service. You would save atleast 30% from outside designers. I had an extremely bad experience with the livspace team at Kurla West. Mr. Bhushan, Ms. Mrunal and Mr. Jatin, the so called interior designer team led us down in every aspect during discussions about making of the modular kitchen. Our every suggestion was crashed by Mr. Jatin saying that if you take this material, it will not come under the 10 year warranty. Rather than motivating us and helping us construct our dream kitchen, they were in a hurry to put our order on board. Later the so called Project Manager, Mr. Pushkar was also hardly seen on the site, it was we who connected the dots between livspace and the contractor, and it was a huge task since we are not professional. To conclude I would say that never get your interiors done by Livspace as they are just focussed on placing the order and give least importance to what the client wants. Even the post installation service is very bad and I had to put multiple reminders to them to get few things resolved

The entire team involved with the planning, designing and execution of the project has been seamless. The timelines were adhered to and the quality of the work was of an extremely high order.

It was great experience working with livspace,all the team members were supportive throughout, Naman and aslam although had guided us very well and were available during the project completion.

Livspace team uncluding Saurabh and his project installation team has done appreciable job to make our house beautiful with their product. Team worked on our projects had provide us what we were actually looking for. We are very happy with the product outcome.
