Livspace - Interior Design Studio, AB Road

#livspace I want to express my gratitude to Designer Ar. Shruti Bangur, Operation Manager Shahrukh Khan & entire #livspace working team for installation of modular kitchen at our home. From starting of drawing & designing work up to the completion of the project, everything was in co-operative manner. We are appreaciating the excellent work with good quality & great design. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent design options provided by the Livspace design team Tarun, Chetan and Shalini. Great execution by the operation team. Special thanks to the operation lead Mr. Aslam Patel ji. Over-all satisfied work done 👍

For Worst experience please contact Livspace, even government departments gives better services than livspace in terms of timelines, commitments and response from the team members. First of all after you deposit first 25000 or 5% of contract value their team members will not respond as before giving deposit. And after 50% deposit that remaining response will also be vanished (except for the interior designer I was allotted Nandini Thakur, she was quite good in her work and response to calls and messages regarding my queries) now you will left with only one regret why the hell I choose Livspace. After all the efforts you somehow manage to contact their team then there will be one new problem waiting for at every stage of the project. I got my 2 door wardrobe after 4 days of delays that too only with 1 door and remaining 1 door was missing and they were also clueless about that door. Now they are saying it will take another 15-20 days to complete and reach at site. I hope that they fulfill their promise to provide me 1% per day penalty of contract value for the no. Of days of delays in the project. 50% payment date 26 march 2025 (i.e. design finalisation date), 45 days from design finalisation is 10 May 2025. As of 14th May no sign of completion of Project plus a missing door (slider) of wardrobe. For reference please refer attached photos also.

I want to talk about my experience installing Livespace. Shahrukh Khan, the person tasked with installing my order, and I met. He answered all of my doubts by going over everything in such detail. He is a really kind man who gave and shared all the information every day till the installation was finished. I genuinely respect his work and work ethic. Fantastic work and so encouraging. I'm grateful that you've created the home of my dreams.

Since the last 4 months we have had our units installed in our home , every 10-15 days something malfunctions. And this time it is the limit. The bookshelf installed by livspace fell. Someone might have gotten seriously hurt. We were lucky but it was an utter disaster . Negative Professionalism

My first visit to the center was truly an amazing experience—far beyond what I had expected. All the Livspace team members were cooperative and extremely helpful in providing detailed information. I would especially like to thank Mayuri for her excellent interior design skills. She guided me thoroughly and shared valuable insights about the kitchen and overall home interiors. I am confident and look forward to choosing Livspace for my complete home interior project.

Excellent job done by live space team. Thanks to Mr. Pourush Jaisawal Mr.Rahul Singh also grate job done by Ms. Shruti as designer to complete the job on time with good customer experience.

Mayak ji and madam samta was exceptional. They provided complete information. It's was good to visit livspace

Even after telling them 50 times over call that do not call as I am not I a need of any such services. These guys keep calling as if they don't have any other client to cling on. So brainless and irritating no proper management of the data among the team.
