I would like to share my Livespace installation experience. I have met with Shahrukh Khan who was assigned for installation work of my order. He explained each and everything in so details that all of my doubt got cleared. He is such a nice guy who provided and shared all the details everyday till installation get completed. . Worst experience faced with Livspace indore..designers don’t know any thing about designing. No requirement mentioned by us was paid attention. They are only interested in booking amount and completing their monthly target. They always push for modular products. 45 days completion is only on paper. They took 4 months to complete small project. I will never recommend anyone livspace. Finally I had to adjust for whatever product design they have even my Ro is not fitting. Half of my product is standing useless as live space couldn’t modify designs accordingly. Really unhappy with livspace.

Very disappointing experience with Livspace. Initially, the Livspace team contacted me, asked for my budget, and strongly insisted that I visit their experience center. As a middle-class customer with a limited budget, they designed a very basic kitchen that appeared to fit within my budget. At that stage, I didn’t pay close attention to every detail and naturally assumed that all basic necessities were included. They then pressured me to pay a booking amount of Rs 25,000 on the spot. Later, I realized that many essential and practical elements were missing. For example, instead of functional pull-out cabinets, they provided multiple box-style cabinets, which are highly inconvenient for daily use. When I requested simple changes—such as replacing box cabinets with pull-out cabinets—I was shocked to learn that the cost increased by around Rs 11,000 per cabinet. Since the project had not even started and no work had been done, I decided to cancel and reasonably asked for a refund. However, Livspace refused to refund the booking amount and instead issued a Rs 25,000 gift card that can only be used on the Livspace online shopping website. This is extremely unfair because the prices on their website are significantly higher than market rates. Items worth around Rs 5,000 in the open market are listed for Rs 20,000 or more. For example, a single bedside table is priced at around Rs 20,000. In reality, this forces customers to buy a Rs 5,000 product for Rs 20,000, allowing Livspace to pocket Rs 15,000 without delivering any service or product. Overall, this experience feels like a misleading sales tactic that targets budget-conscious customers and traps them with a non-refundable booking amount. I would strongly caution middle-class customers to think twice before paying any booking fee.

Livspace has delivered all the products on time. The Designer Ayush and Operations Manager Shahrukh were superb, polite and always welcome any suggestions. The engineers did job very well. All hinges were top quality and drawers and doors are really super soft touch. Also there is 10 year warranty without a questions ask.. this policy itself is superb thanks Shahrukh and Ayush.
