Service was all right but the worker kept asking for a feedback and insisted that I fill the feedback form then and there . He clicked a picture of my feedback which I think is a bit odd. Honestly if ppl stop pressurising for a feedback they can get a better rating

Extremely Disappointed with Livspace Indore – Beware Before Booking! I trusted Livspace for our home interiors, but the experience has been deeply frustrating. After being promised personalised interiors and budget-friendly solutions, we were pushed to pay ₹25,000 without any clarity on designs, dimensions, or materials. Post-payment, the team became unresponsive, shared a 65% inflated quote (check screenshots that show increase from 1.73 lakh to 2.82 lakh) with no breakdown, and one designer even took our home key out of town, leaving us locked out of our own home! We have sent multiple escalations to senior managers no resolution. This is unacceptable for a reputed brand. Livspace must refund our amount immediately and stop such malpractices. We have no confidence in Livspace's integrity after these horrible instances. Even after they have ended the project from their side (see attached screenshot) they themselves won't be able to work on project, still they do not have the courtesy to process refund, instead telling us to BUY something to compensate 25000 amount which obviously we don't want, as it's very clear their immoral values, undefined product parameters and inefficient services are just based on the greed to get money from customer without explanation or documentation. Try for yourself, they will see it's 'company policy' they cannot share design, document, size/dimensions, material, fabric etc until payment is done. And after payment they just randomly increase amount with no reasonable factors. Posting this so others don’t fall into the same trap. PS: you can check many other Google reviews that shows this Livspace team follows same pattern to trap customer and demand outrageous amount without any explanation!

3648675- Sujata I got in touch with Livespace in the month of April for a new 4.5 bhk flat and they gave big hopes to me and my husband with all discounts and lured us to shell 50k token amount. But unfortunately our flat deal got cancelled and we reached out to them to get our kids wardrobe done for that they quoted 5 lakh for just 2 wardrobes. They are not responding and neither giving us the refund instead they expect us to shell more money to buy their movable furniture. This company is a fraud.

It was a very beautiful experience. The experience center was very nice. Harshita Jain and other staff members were very welcoming and sweet. What stood out most Was there ability to make the space both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
