Livspace - Interior Design Studio, AB Road

(This feedback is specifically for the after installation repair) Original installation was rocky to say the least. There were many issues with the original product delivered. And several delays and disappointments. However most recent after sales repair service was provided by Mr Rajesh who was courteous and prompt at addressing the issues. Would highly recommend Mr Rajesh.

We had a great experience at LivSpace Experience center in Indore. Our family had conversation with one of there Designer’s “Vandana Nayak”. She explained many granular details very softly and calmly treating us like a family.

Livspace fulfilled my expectations, the work was delivered well and the team was helpful. I very happy with the interior design and the quality of the modular solutions bt Livspace. I will rate them 8 out of 10. The interaction with the team was good, they helped a lot to finalize the design. During the execution I have received regular updates from them. There was a small delay in regarding the delivery of the materials, but otherwise the whole process went smoothly. Overall I’m happy with Livspace. They are very professional and know what they are doing.

Amazing experience, ankit ashapure, Mayank and Mayuri, Samta explained everything very well, thanks!!

The best part of experience was minimal onsite work.. finish of entire bedroom furniture exceeded expectations..very happy with the final outcome!

For post installation service team: Takes a longer time to come back on issues, needs multiple follow ups... Lots of my requests have never been answered. No one comes back if it will be done or not. However the work people do is good. So giving 5 star for the work, but for follow ups and no response, it is very frustrating.
