Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I trusted Livspace because of their so-called brand reputation, but sadly, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. They took an advance of ₹15,000, promised professional service, and then simply disappeared. No proper follow-up, no design progress, and no refund till date. It became very clear that their only intention was to close the deal to meet their month-end targets — not to actually deliver what they promise. They show you fancy presentations and sell you big dreams, but the reality is full of false promises and unethical practices. This experience has been mentally exhausting, and I feel completely cheated. What was supposed to be a happy and exciting phase of home designing turned into stress and regret. ⚠️ I strongly warn others — don’t fall for the branding and ads. Livspace is not trustworthy and not customer-centric at all. The worst experience I've ever had. Here are the details : - I did the enquiry on 26th Jan 2025 and booked it on 31st Jan 2025 by paying Rs. 25,000 to Mr. Chandan Kumar Jha. - A person came after 10 days for the measurements. - designer shared the layout which was 0% close to my requirement as chandan didn't explained the designer. - Designer visited 17 Feb. and shared the design. - During discussion we found out the chandan has made false promises like there will be 10 yr. warranty on sofa. Which is actually for an year only. - TSO joined the chat 1st March to resolve my concerns and asked me to visit Indore's Livespace office. - No one in the team know that why I was called to visit the office. I took a day off, make my parents day off and took them to the office after an hour of drive. And the office had nothing to show. No samples, nothing. Even the designer didn't know why I was called there for by the TSO. - Finally, I called off the project, officially announced to cancelled to project on 6th March. - No one had acknowledged it for many days, I called customer care many times but they only say you'll receive a callback in next 24 hrs. but on one called back. - From Chandan also, most of time, I got reply "I will call back". - Later I was informed that it'll take around 45 days for the process i.e. upto 15th April I'll have to wait. - I called on 17th April, and chandan had 2 important questions for me "Would you like to buy a product OR a total amount refund ?" What rubbish, did you guys let a person wait for 45 days just to asked these stupid question which I'd already made clear to chandan that I want a refund. - After again asking for refund, he says we will update you. - Today also, I'm getting only one reply "We'll update you." - I'm pissed off with livespace. You guys are nothing to deal with. - Refund my money, its been almost 3 months I'm stuck with you. After livespace's reply on my above message, they gave me a bitly link to connect which isn't working. It says "The link you clicked may not be working." How bad is this

The post sales work on the support legs of the kitchen cabinets has been appropriately completed by Prakash. He is a very conscientious worker who is very efficient and hardworking.

We have gotten our moduler kitchen and wardrobes made by the company and the after doing payment the services were denied no warranty no warranty basically once you are done no one replies and solves the issues . Please beware before spending your hard earned money. Also they had taken extra amount which is not refunded yet. And even after doing everything we are unable to get the money back.
