Livspace - Interior Design Studio, AB Road

Post sales teams of Ahmedabad had done a good job. There was some issue of alignment in some of my cupboards. I simply mailed the concern to livspace team, they sent the carpenter within two days at my place and fixed the issue.

Very Very bad service. They are not returning our booking amount since 4 months. After finalizing the interior of our room ,they increased the quotation without our concern.And now they are refusing to return our booking amount..Pls do not rely on liv space for your home interior. 🙏

Terrible Experience with Livspace – Avoid at All Costs As a professional, I chose Livspace expecting a hassle-free experience and quality work. I paid a higher cost to them, believing that this premium would ensure a smooth process and top-notch results. However, it’s been over a year, and my project is still not completed. Despite their promises, they haven’t installed all the items, leaving my space unfinished. Livspace makes false promises during the sales stage just to get your business, assuring you that everything will be completed by a certain timeline. I had to move my home inauguration date twice because they failed to deliver on time—nothing was done by the promised dates. Either they don’t have the products available or they don’t have the team to install them. They even installed a damaged kitchen rolling shutter, which still hasn’t been replaced despite repeated requests. They take full payment upfront, calling you multiple times to ensure you pay, but after that, you’re left constantly chasing them for updates with no response. Their customer service in Indore is completely unresponsive. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Livspace at all costs. You pay more for quality, but you get none. Absolutely pathetic service! Review 2: (Edit - Added after their comment that somebody will contact shortly) I provided contact info on the link same day but haven’t heard from anybody in their team since then. That is representative of their service where you keep on following up and wait but nobody comes back with a resolution. Soon I will also post photos of some of the installation that they have done with damages/ scratches, so you can see quality of livspace. Also don’t fall for 10 year warranty claim. Nobody is there to service after you make payment.

They would keep following up until you pay them some booking amount or something... once you are trapped you need to keep follow up for your refund they will pass the ball to another team and so and this is a Chaos on customer

About a year back I hired Livspace for my home interiors. My experience with Livspace is good and satisfactory. I was looking for an interior designer near me, and while searching for one I fount out about Livspace. It was nice visiting the Livspace experience centre. I would like to mnention one thing about the Livspace team, that is they regularly follow up and provide updated information about the work progress. The team was cooperative and very patient, especially the project manager. He was very supportive and helpful. Although, the interior designer could have provided me with more assistance, all the customisation that I required I had to step in and make sure it’s incorporated in the interior design plan. I got the 3D plan of the interior design that I asked for. I would like to hire Livspace for my next home’s interior design too. I’m pretty much impressed with them. The finishing is so good, and the modular solutions looks great in person.

thank you for wasting our time, this is a very useless service company, they have taken the project of our home since February 2025 and today is july 2025, but till now NO WORK is done. Also they have already taken 50% payment and now they are not even picking up the phone, no one is helping from their side

I was searching for an interior designer near me, and there was a Livspace interior design studio nearby so me and my husband visited the store. We explored different modular solutions there in the store. We got a Livspace modular wardrobe and did the interiors of the kid’s room. Every Livspace employee was very cooperative and friendly and expert in their own field. They met all our needs and requirements promptly. The Livspace quotation was a bit on the higher end but totally worth it. The modular solutions are great, the timeline was maintained, the whole process was very smooth and received regular updates too. Everything was up to the mark. The quality and the interior designs are very good. We are satisfied with Livspace, and in future we will again reach out to Livspace for any modular solutions we might want. Earlier I have seen work of local contractors, but honestly Livspace did a much better job. The quality of the work is great, Livspace did really well.
