The management is actively replying to other reviews today but deliberately ignoring this review and my messages after talking my money. The Fact - I hired "Desire House Maker" and made an advance pay via NEFT on March 23, 2026. the agreed package was 6 specific architecture drawings. They delivered the first 2 items (Floor plan and structure) but then completely abandoned the project. They have failed to deliver remaining 4 critical items: Plumbing Layout, Electrical Layout, Furniture Layout, and the 3D Front elevation. The communication: It has been nearly 50 days . Their team has completely stopped taking my phone calls and is willfully ignoring all of my messages in the official project WhatsApp group. Taking a client advance payment and then refusing to complete the contracts work or issue a refund is highly unprofessional and represents a severe deficiency in service. I strongly advise all new customer to be vary careful before trusting this company with advance payment. Since the management is ignoring my attempts to resolve this privately, I m now proceeding with a formal grievance thought the National consumer Helpline.
Desire House Maker is an Excellent firm. Their ability to blend functionality with aesthetics. The teams attention to detail and passion for designs seat them apart. I would definitely recommend them for any architecture project
I really appreciate the work done by Mr Sudama ( project Manager ) for getting my new house design quick and very efficien. The great part of the team was their commitment and professionalism. Thanks and Regards Mohd Sohail Mansuri
I submitted my house plan to Desire House Maker. They provided me with a very good plan. They created the plan, structure, and elevations very well. I was especially helpful with Mr. Sudama. Whenever I call to discuss plans, Sudama and the other engineers respond immediately. Today, my second slab is also complete. I wish your company all the best in the future.
