Desire House Maker

Very disappointing experience with Desire House Maker. Before payment, they respond very quickly and make big promises. Once the payment is done, their attitude completely changes. Poor communication, no proper follow-up, and no ownership of work. You have to keep chasing them for every small update. I strongly feel many of the positive reviews here are misleading. Please be very careful and think twice before choosing them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this interior designer. We had agreed on a total design fee of ₹12,000 with a clear payment structure of 50% advance and 50% after completion. Even after paying the advance, only 3–4 basic designs were shared, which were not up to expectations. After that, instead of completing the work, the designer started demanding the remaining payment upfront and refused to provide further designs, including important deliverables like 2D drawings. This is highly unprofessional and not how client commitments should be handled. Asking for full payment before delivering the agreed work breaks trust and creates unnecessary frustration. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and clearly define deliverables and payment terms before proceeding.

I recently worked with Desire House Maker for my home elevation design, and I am very happy with the results. Here are the key points of my experience: Desire House Maker is the best choice for excellent architectural services. Vishesh ji designed the elevation of my house which I like a lot

They are using the same photos that I provided from Pinterest and simply copying and pasting them, then claiming they have created the elevation design. Please do not make any payment to them. They may fraud you.
