Make My House

Make My House ke saath kaam karke mujhe feel hua ki main kisi normal architect nahi, balki ek proper planning partner ke saath kaam kar raha hoon. Unhone sirf design nahi diya, balki har choti cheez explain ki — space utilization, ventilation, aur future needs tak ka dhyan rakha. Mujhe sabse zyada unka modern approach pasand aaya — traditional aur contemporary design ka perfect balance. Team ka support bhi kaafi responsive tha, kabhi aisa nahi laga ki hum akele manage kar rahe hain.

I had a great experience getting my house plan designed from Make my house. The team was professional, understood my requirements well, and provided a practical and well-planned layout. Highly satisfied with their service and support.

Experience - Worst Service - Pathetic Designs - Ordinary So it all started when I posted an enquiry, however when I read the reviews i kind of changed my mind and choose not to pursue. Sales team of Make my house chased me like anything for changing my mind and assured me that they will change my perception and deliver the best services - I fell in trap and paid the money Once you make the payment, I got a little hint In the begining itself so asked for refund and they mentioned legal clause for no refund so i understand that I have wasted the money The team that they SO CALL designers - i seriously doubt on their calibre. They will give you design which is very ordinary and they will make your life miserable, as you literally have to beg for the design changes, 3D drawings, 2D designs and material list. Instances like - I have praised their designer on their app chat so that I could the drawings earliest but of no use Drawings have so many flaws that a basic carpenter could identify but not their so called designers and team For bathroom, balcony, entrance, bedroom, living - they have different designer's so they make sure you waste your time running behind n number of people Strong opinion- If you have a flat/apartment in a city like Pune, look for other options as these guys will just fool you around with basic designs, faulty drawings and lots of to and from call centre experience

DO NOT Pay upfront!! Scam alert Scam of a setup having no design or structural competency whatsoever to do any kind of design job for even the basic home. The architects ( not sure if there are even qualified professionals ) just give a templatized design borrowed from other submissions to other clients and then hope for you to get fed up of the mediocrity and approve due to wanting to move ahead. Once plan is approved the team then quotes a 20% of the sum towards minor changes not affecting any foot print and structural. Even to remove a simple wall. Such is the shamefulness of these bunch of Indore based scamsters. Absolute waste of generic designs and simply unprofessional a job being pushed as a submission. My mother's house is not even on paper thanks to this MMH junk Service team absconds and operations team is trained to deliver substandard work by making even pitiful low rung draftsmen to just operate Autocad and deliver some below ordinary deliverables. No one with plain common sense can entrust their house construction job to this scam of a start up. Beware of your hard earned money! I have lodged a consumer grievance on National consumer grievance forum and will send them a legal notice to make them accountable OR this scam will continue.

Make My House exhibited a deep understanding of my vision and translated it into a beautifully designed reality. From the initial discussion to the final touches, the entire process was seamless. Team is highly qualified and experienced. Proper guidance given during the whole process. Highly Recommended.
