I wish to raise a serious concern regarding the highly unsatisfactory services rendered by this company. Despite receiving full payment in advance, the company failed to deliver the promised services within the stipulated timeline. All the positive reviews seem either paid or posted by their own team. The service is terrible. They promises to complete project within days, but even after several follow-ups, you get nothing on time.

Mera experience Make My House ke saath kaafi achha raha. Specially Interior Team ki Sandhya Patel ne project ko bahut professionally handle kiya. Unhone meri requirements ko dhyaan se samjha aur interior design ke liye practical aur creative suggestions diye. Sandhya ji ka approach bahut cooperative aur detail-oriented hai. Unhone colors, space utilization aur design aesthetics ko bahut achhe se balance kiya, jisse overall interior look kaafi elegant aur functional bana. Overall, Make My House aur Sandhya Patel ki interior planning aur support se main kaafi satisfied hoon. Agar koi apne ghar ke liye professional interior planning chahta hai to definitely recommend karunga.

Project stayed only at the draft stage, but closing the project and getting proper responses was difficult. Communication and resolution after payment were not satisfactory. Please be cautious and clarify policies clearly before proceeding. Update after the owner's response: While draft versions were shared, the project remained at the draft stage and was never finalized as per my requirements. My concern is not only about the design revisions but also about the overall experience after payment. Communication, follow-ups, and closure of the project were difficult, and obtaining timely responses was a challenge. I acknowledge that there may have been communication gaps from both sides; however, as a customer, I expected clearer coordination and a more structured process to resolve pending issues and close the project. My review reflects my personal experience so that future customers can clarify the scope, revision process, refund/cancellation policy, and communication expectations before proceeding.

Had a great experience with the team. Their professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. The entire process was smooth, well-coordinated, and stress-free. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had taken kitchen interior design by Make My house. I exteremly satisfied from my Design, Chanchal Malviya was giving best guidance and support for create my design.The team was very patient, flexible with changes, and professional with timelines I am very thankful to Monika sonawane, Radhika Soni and nirali vora for design my dream kitchen.

Extremely disappointed with Make My House – poor execution and zero post-payment support. I chose them for a small elevation work for my project providing a clear reference image to ensure accuracy. Despite this, they completely failed to deliver as promised – the work was substandard and didn’t match the design at all. Their app is useless; it’s glitchy, lacks basic functionality, and offers no real help for tracking or updates. Worst of all, the sales team (specifically Mr. Ajinkya) vanished after I made the payment. No follow-up, no responses to feedback or complaints – they simply don’t care about customers once the money is in. Avoid them if you want reliable service. Total waster of time and money!

Sabse achhi baat ye lagi ki design banate time har space ka proper use kiya gaya. Team ne meri choices ke according kaafi useful suggestions diye aur final plan kaafi balanced laga. Ghar ka overall look modern bhi hai aur practical bhi.

Really happy with how my project turned out. The team maximized our space perfectly, and Harshita was awesome throughout the planning — super supportive and always had smart design ideas. 10/10 Highly recommend.
