Very poor service, freshers are working on your design. They don't respect the time. You will get one document after 2 week they will queries to prepare another document. Don't pay full amount and avoid giving work to them

They didn't provide service what they said, Please read all their documents before giving them money, their words has no value. Whatever they say. It will help you. If you take their services Every time they call with different number, after that when we call they don’t pickup and return call . Jab tak inko paise nahi milte hai aapko follow up and call karenge uske bad no response. Kisi acche engineer ko do paise jayada do to sayad service mil jaye

The service is the worst. They won't provide you as per the requirement. You will ask for something but they will provide you something else. If you ask for changes then they will tell you it was not included in the package. For the first time in my life I have seen a floor plan without a toilet, Poor customer service. They said AI generation tools but humans are doing it as an AI. Completely making us fools.

After reading some negative reviews I was little worried but my experience with MakeMyHouse team was incredible. Couldn't have been possible for me to make my dream house so beautiful if I wouldn't have been in contact with MakeMyHouse team. Especially the interior design provided by Surabhi and Amisha are marvellous. Support teams Sadhna, Nidhi and Sonal were very helpful throughout my project. Overall experience is best. MANISHA SINGH and NIDHI was so helpful throughout the process and I'll recommend Make My House to everyone whoever need professional and valuable work done. Initially I was worried with the negative reviews on Google, but for me everything was so seamless and exciting . I would like to thank the entire Make My House team SHUBHAM VERMA, POOJA PANDEY, SUMIT BENDWAL, for such good work and in future if required I'll choose Make My House only. For customers who are thinking about reviews, I can assure them they'll get good experience with team and also you can follow my approach which was initially go with small work and later you can handover overall project work. I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience with the Cheating Architect Company @Make My House in the hope that no one else falls victim to their deceitful practices. My encounter with this company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear. From the outset, the Cheating Architect Company presented themselves as professionals who could bring my dream home to life. However, as our project progressed, it became abundantly clear that their intentions were far from honest. Lack of Transparency: Communication with this company was a constant struggle. They were evasive when I asked for detailed progress reports, and they never seemed to have a clear plan for the project. Deadlines were constantly missed, and they failed to provide any valid excuses, and ended up giving wrong colour codes. Inferior Workmanship: The quality of their work was abysmal. What was promised as high-quality craftsmanship turned out to be shoddy and subpar. Unprofessional Behavior: The staff displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the project. They were often late, rude, and dismissive of my concerns. It felt like they had no interest in satisfying the client's needs, always give fake promises and no solutions. In the end, my experience with the Cheating Architect Company was nothing short of a nightmare. They took advantage of my trust and left me with an incomplete and poorly executed project that has cost me both financially and emotionally. I strongly advise anyone in search of architectural services to avoid this company at all costs. Their unethical behavior, substandard work, and dishonest practices should serve as a warning to all potential clients. Don't make the same mistake I did – steer clear of the Cheating Architect Company if you value your hard-earned money and your peace of mind. Given a fake response saying about colour codes, it is impossible to get a similar feel irrespective of brand given, They are afraid to call me or provide any assistance in painting.

I given project to this company. I am very disappointed. They are asking me full payment at july end, and my project started 1st august and it is 1200sqft duplex house, but still they have not completed. (More than 4months) Even I am giving back my comments within 3days because delay should not be blamed from my side. they are not good for 1star. Don't give project to this company and waste your money. I am having all proof of the communication mails so this is not fake review. If review is low, there will be standard reply for negative reviews are project not found. These guys are thinking we are fool. Please guys don't waste your money with this company. Then it's ur wish.

This company always do wrong things. Their architect not even knows how to make a simple floor plan. I gave them a floor plan from my side and I said to copy paste that plan. But they are unable to copy paste or even give me unnecessary advices and wrong vastu tips. One of my friend had suggested me to aware of this type company but I didn't listen to him. I go to take a single service. I also read some wrong reviews on google but I ignore them. I thought that they are just wrong reviews. But I was wrong and now I'm regretting for my own decision. Everyone please trust on these reviews or take these reviews seriously. Before taking their service.
