Make My House

The service of this company is very good. Saurabhji is a member who handles his orders very fast and has a very clean working style. Step by step good work is done in this company. His architect sadhna Madam and Nidhi Madam are also very nice to us. Make plans by explaining and don't change at all. I am very happy with the service of this company. as the architects from outside are asking for a lot of fees and work is also late but make my house is on the nest service in india. I don't understand how much they concern about their customers. MakeMyHouse representatives (who handle the case/file) are having really very poor skills/unprofessional. They don't understand what customer need they just argue and explain their excuses. initially they response well until full payment done, after payment you have to keep following they don't even worry or call you back. In my case Nidhi Yadav was representative who handle the file, really talking with her and explaining requirement was very painful. She missed many promises, floor plan architect Shakshi Patidar was also kind of low experienced. Other than these two department rest seems fine. My house construction is still in progress don't know after review how they treat. Negative Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism Services Construction management

Very professional persons. I got services of complete house plan of duplex house at Jaipur.actually, i had to design my plan 2 times, 1st without Vastu and my that plan was not approved by my family so made another plan as per vastu. I paid complete amount 2 times, and it was ok for me bcz i had got all the drawings in first case when my plan changed. But the guys are professional, they design, what we require and they only suggest never adamant on their viewpoint. Negative side of professionalism, is that they deliver drawings as per the schedule they share in beginning and if you are rushed for work, then you will panic bcz their timeline is somewhat rigid. So better to start planning at least 1.5 months before start of work. On coming to actual work, i am highly thankful to miss Nikita, miss Nikita jain, mr Kavya, miss Y joshi and all other members associated with project for patiently hearing my ideas and drawing them on paper such beautifully. Planning stage is over and now construction has begun. So i will be in touch with them for any need that may arise. I am highly thankful to entire MMH team and hope to get their continued cooperation till my project finishes. Will come with another review when construction completes. My best wishes to MMH team Services Structural engineering

It is everyone's dream to have their own house and Make My House has helped me a lot in this. From the plan of the house to the elevation, every small thing was kept in the map in the best way and that too in my budget. I appreciate my co-ordinators Nidhi and Arjun who have given me everything they had promised. The way Naveen explained the entire structure design to me was a great experience. Thank you so much Sumit, Sandeep, Manjula, Rohit to all of you - for constantly being in touch with me and replying to my every email. But each other's work is not completed here, until the house is ready, I will continue to need all of you. Will continue to cooperate like this. Many many thanks to all of you.
