Both good and bad 1. Elevation team is good but you need to make sure that it is practical, in my case they gave me a design which was looking good but when I checked properly found it not practical for rain also there is no coordination between Structure and Elevation team. 2. Structure team is good but without proper guidance. 3. Support is not that good, most of the time you need to wait for too long and there is no proper guidance and it is really stressful. 4. Make sure to approve anything after seeing the 2d and full details. Finally what I will say is get the design from a local architect who can visit your site as well as can guide your wokers personally, while MakeMyHouse is good(not best) but their support and guidance is very very bad, Still if you are taking there service then make sure Bharat from the Elevation team is working on your project, He is one of the best. At last one suggestion to the MMH elevation and structure team: you guys can make it better if listen to customer or else a time will come when no one will believe you and to the sales team: please finish the work properly, you can't ignore a customer after taking the money, deliver what has been promised or else stope promising.

I had recently taken the complete package of dual house plan from make my house and it has been a commendable contribution by the expert team of this company in providing very satisfactory response within the limit time which are as follows. Pradeep sir is a very loyal person towards his duty, I am very satisfied with his good behavior and working style and he has cooperated a lot for me to provide my project in beautiful and designing form. For this I taken them very much. Deepa Goswami used to do executive customer support work an associate it used to provide prompt response to the problems related to civil work and constructions etc. Nitya mam, Shubham Joshi etc. After doing a lot of analysis on my requirement, designed the complete house plan to build a comfortable, lite and strong building and provided time many thanks to all the staff members of the team of this.
