Make My House

I was initially skeptical about the quality and professionalism of the team. But the team has patiently explained, shared a few reference customers who have availed of their services. After getting all the necessary information and talking to those customers, I was still skeptical as I had to pay the entire amount upfront for a host of services. When I finally signed off, I have kept telling to myself that I should mentally ready to lose the amount in the worst case scenario. But after I have signed off, the experience has been very good and value for money. There are a bit delays from one or two teams, but overall it has been a very good experience. I must appreciate the professionalism and courteous behavior of Ms. Nidhi Yadav, who have coordinated with all teams so well and finally I have got whatever I have bought services for.. I also need to mention of about Mr. Raju who have patiently answered all the queries and doubts that I had before signing off. I contacted Make My House in regards to the house I am building. At first I interacted with my Customer Manager - Nikita, who explained to me the different types of services available and helped me choose the right one for me. When I was sure, I entered into a formal agreement with them which was quick and transparent. I was then assigned a Service Manager - Nidhi. She understood my requirement and assured me that she would be available to clarify any doubts that I have during the process. Then I spoke with the Architect of my Project - Nithyashree Heda. She worked with me patiently and incorporated the changes I desired. The final plan that she came up with, was perfect. After our service came to end, I got a call from their Project Manager - Ashutosh, enquiring if everything was satisfactory. Through this entire process, I kept getting updates over their Application and over phone calls when needed. Whenever I reached out to them through chat/phone calls, I got prompt response. While I am happy with the House Plan that I got, I am absolutely thrilled by the care and outmost professional treatment that they give to their customer. Everyone I interacted with, was polite and understanding. I will Whole Heartedly recommend Make My House to anyone who is in the market looking to build their house. Makemyhouse is doing tremendous job. They are utterly professional and customer centric. Entire team, including coordinator Raju Meena ji, Nidhi Yadav ji, and architect provided great service and they were always on their toes through out the assignment. This is how the assignment took place: I had my structure ready in advance and I was looking for elevation plan. 1. First they understood the existing structure and measurements 2. Then architect drew the blueprint and shared with me for approval. 3. I suggested few changes 4. They again worked and asked for my approval untill I was satisfied. 5. Then they asked for my choice of elevation and understood my taste by providing a catalogue of designs 6. I provided my choice and they applied the selected elevation on my structure, need not to mention it required so many alterations 7. They asked for my approval and cycle of suggestions and reworks started 8. I don't remember exactly how many times I changed my likings, at least 5 times 9. They kept changing enthusiastically untill I was 100% satisfied Honestly, at first I had not expected that this kind of service is possible online but I must say these guys made it. 10 out of 10 for you guys. I really appreciate the work done so far with Makemyhouse, both floor plan and elevation has been brought upto my expectations. When it comes to elevation without too many change request Rakhi Goul helped me to meet above my expectations.

Excellent.... Can rely on the work and design. I got fabulous house design as per my requirements. Saurabh ji was my coordinator and supported well time to time. Floor plan was developed by Mr. Kunal which looks very beautiful. Overall my experience was good with the team and their design work is awesome...... Thanks to make my house. Only thing is time is taken a bit longer may be because of work load.....

Palak was the interior designer who was assigned to do interior designs to my house. The designs she delivered were very innovative , budget friendly and at the same time beautiful. What more can you ask for!! Shailendra who was the co-coordinator always had time for me and took my feedback , got work done from the designing time. His inputs were very valuable in delivering this project the way it is now. Kudos to both of them!! I will refer MakeMyHouse to whomsoever who needs designing their house in a budget friendly yet beautiful way. The only issue I had with them was meeting the deadlines.Got delayed sometimes but as I had ample time did not make much of a difference at the end. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Value
