Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 4

I went there for my birthday to treat my friend. We had a crispy corn and Paneer buttermasala + tandoori roti... It was bliss, I have never had this good paneer in all Indore. Also, I brought a cake which when I was about to cut, the waiters wished me greeted me and played birthday music also. It was really memorable for me. Loved the experience! Service: 5 Location: 5

I stayed at Hotel Apna Avenue Indore for two nights and had an overall good experience. I was traveling with my colleague for a corporate trip, and the hotel provided a twin-bedded room which allowed us to sleep comfortably. The rooms were neat and clean. We had one lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and both the service and food were good. The location is very convenient, and I would recommend staying at Hotel Apna Avenue. Great job, Team Apna Avenue—keep up the good work! Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Quiet

My experience at Hotel Apna Avenue was extremely disappointing. The condition of the room was very poor, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell caused by dampness and moisture. The overall cleanliness and room condition were not up to the expected standard. The staff was also not supportive, especially the reception attendant, whose behavior was very arrogant and unprofessional. Considering the room rates, the quality of the room and the level of service were extremely poor and did not justify the cost. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Hotel Apna Avenue to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the room maintenance, cleanliness, and staff behavior. Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 4
