I go to banana leaf quiet regularly I love everything about it. The dakshin biryani is the best here. It's a wholesome dining experience for all South Indian lovers. Yesterday Night I went there with my family we ordered masala Dosa Plain,Dosa and Onion Tomato Uttappam it was very good in taste specially coconut chutney. Staff is courteous and well behaved. Been here after some time and found the food to be same. They serve pure vegetarian meals and those who love South Indian dishes can visit them

We have visited thrice on our last 2 visits to Indore in June and July 2023. This is a gem of a restaurant we've discovered in Indore. Kalan mushroom is the best of all. Delicious food with no extra spices that your 5 yr old to grannies ,everyone can enjoy the food. Nice sitting arrangement with good service. I liked the way they keep showing dishes name with image on LED so that people can decide while ordering if they have no clue about the dish. I have tried tiranga idali and rajani dosa..I liked both of these.

So we ordered Maisoor masala dosa - it was good, good cooked masala and crunchy dosa - we enjoyed it Coorg idli - Good and one of the best I had in town Chilly cheese garlic dosa - very bad. We couldn’t eat. I think after Coorg idli we were too optimistic for this. Service - Bad. In starting waited thrown the menu card and then I told him what if I throw plate on you after my meal. He apologised then. Overall - can try specific things here with little low expectations.

It was good for a South Indian to eat south Indian food in central India. Except for dosas , idli was fine, tamilnadu type of idli.....appam n stew was good. Vada was horrible........i want to eat Vada from Bangalore s any fast food darshini type of joints. Idli i like all tamilnadu, Kerala and Karnataka type.
