Absolutely loved the food here! The Benne Masala Dosa was crispy and rich, the Koorg Idli had a unique and achari flavor in it and the Filter Coffee was the perfect finish. Banana Leaf is a nice place with good ambiance, but it is quite expensive. The presentation and taste of the food are decent, and it can be considered authentic South Indian cuisine to a certain extent. However, for the pricing, there are better options available. The taste is good, but the experience gets affected. The service was very disappointing. After placing the order, we had to wait a long time, and even then, the staff did not seem to understand which accompaniments should be served with which dishes. If someone does not already have experience with South Indian food, they may not enjoy their meal here because the staff lacks the knowledge and confidence to guide the customer or present the dishes properly. Overall, the food taste was good, but the staff’s inexperience spoiled the complete dining experience.
