Hotel Om Stay Well

Worst worst worst hotel ever. Please don't book this place. The day we checked-in our AC was leaking and whole bed was wet, we asked for another room but they took 2hrs for exchange. We ordered food from their menu half of the items weren't available and whatever was available they said will take 15-20mins but food arrived after 1 and half hr, we had our lunch at 3:30pm. We booked for 3days and they couldn't provide as basic as hot water for shower, my parents are senior citizens and they need warm water shower but even after complaining every time they kept saying please wait maam warm water will come and no one paid personal attention. Pathetic service. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2

We,four friends (women) stayed at your hotel in Indore on 22nd February 2026. The location of the hotel is excellent. Room ambience is attractive , although it is less specious. Staff behaviour is exceptional and very much cooperative, their hospitality and room service made our stay happy and memorable,especially Mr. Bahadur is an excellent person.The room rent is affordable. Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great view

Basic items were on chargeable basis like dental kit, tea bags coffee pouches etc. charges are very high compared to services. No complementary breakfast after charging a good amount for room. Staff is not polite 👎👎. Stayed in the 4 bedroom room on 08.11.2025. Room was very spacious. Bedsheets and blankets were clean enough. The experience was very positive. The owner is exceptionally kind, polite, and considerate. When families with children are present and require some rest, he consistently offers very reasonable pricing for comfortable accommodations. Overall, both the sleep quality and the experience were excellent.
