Hotel Om Stay Well

Good located hotel near railway station, which easily accessible by walk. You can find a good mall in 20-25 min walking distance with many shops and restaurants. Guard sahab Jitendra singh was very nice and helpful. He also helped us to organize a trip to Mandu and Maheshwar for reasonable price. Bed linen was clean, what is often a problem in other hotels in India. There is an AC in the room, water in bathroom is hot. You can order a breakfast in the room as well by menu, which is broad, but only indian cuisine. If you want an omelette or pancakes, you need to find them in the city. Very disappointing stay. The hotel claimed to provide hot water throughout the day, but there was no water at all for a long period. Additionally, the electricity was unavailable for around 30–40 minutes, which was extremely inconvenient. In the morning at 7 AM, when we needed to get ready, there was no hot water. The staff informed us that due to many guests using hot water, it would only be available by 11 AM and suggested we wait until then. This level of service was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable.

The reviews are definitely fake. We stayed recently (paid 2700) and 1. The room was cramped. Never seen a hotel room in which the bed has walls on 3 sides. 2. And there was weird fishy smell in the bathroom and the room/ bathroom isn't even that clean. 3. We opted for complimentary breakfast and paid extra. But they serve breakfast at the room. There is no buffay. And More the food quality was definitely not upto the mark. I would definitely not chose to stay here ever again and not recommend it too.
