3 things about this hotel 1. Staff is lovely, I mean every single one of them 2. This hotel and its micro rooms grow on you 3. Food is AMAZING At first, you are aghast to see how tiny your room is. But, later you realize that it doesn't matter, because it is designed ergonomically. Location is 5/5, 3 mins walking to Indore Junction, Sarwate Bus stand and all the good eateries. TV has ample channels, water pressure is fantastic. Just one request- before you allott a room to a guest, please check thoroughly if all the towels have been given, shower/shampoo gel has been refilled. Mine was empty. Washroom fixtures are old & are in need of fix. I was going to give 4 stars for that, but the food was so lovely.🥰 Try their Delux Thaali. It is worth every morsel. It is worth staying here again just for its people and the food. Sarafa is overrated. Stay here, eat their food and chill maadi! Hotel situated at prime location. Rooms have aesthetic looks as well as features. Bathroom is fitted with automatic lightings, so you have to bother about finding switches. Excellent courtesy by staff. All are polite and show great affections towards customers. Con: 1) Lift is extremely slow. Better to take stairs, unless you are carrying heavy things along with you. 2) Food options are very limited. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, though the rooms felt compact but were adequate for two people. Its prime location was a significant advantage, offering easy access to auto-rickshaws, buses, trains, and the airport. Additionally, popular attractions like Chappan Dukan and Sarafa Bazar were conveniently reachable within 15-20 minutes by car or auto. Based on our experience, here are a few suggestions for improvement: 1) Air Conditioning Issue:We encountered an issue where the air conditioning caused the bed to become wet. While the staff quickly resolved it by providing us with a new room, moving our belongings was inconvenient. It would be helpful to address such issues proactively to prevent guest discomfort. 2) Staff Appearance:My friends noted that a staff member's attire was inappropriate, as their loose-fitting pants were slipping. While this might not bother everyone, it could be a concern for families. Ensuring that staff are dressed professionally would enhance the hotel's overall image. 3) Morning Staff Availability:There were no staff members available early in the morning to assist with luggage, and we had to carry it ourselves to the cab. Considering that guest needs can arise at any time, having at least one staff member on duty during such hours would improve the experience. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and neatness, and its prime location remains its standout feature. I had previously stayed in Om Stay well 3 years back and booked the property again this time. But to our disappointment, the experience this time was terrible. Despite booking well in advance, the rooms weren't ready on arrival. As a matter of fact we arrived later than the check-in time as well. We were told the rooms would be ready in 5 minutes. But even after an hour of us waiting and finishing lunch one of the rooms weren't ready. And the staff showed no urgency or concern about it. to boot one of the rooms we were provided did not have Rfid key and a visiting card was given in its place. when enquired we were told that the key was lost and we had to call the reception and ask for the master key everytime we have to access the room and a request to change the room was also declined. When we mentioned we weren't comfortable with the option of the master key considering the safety of the luggage the response was very unprofessional. we also found water dripping in the reception area. Overall the maintenance of the property and service has significantly deteriorated since the last time I stayed.
