Worst Hotel & Worst staff & there is nothing to be liked in this Hotel. Lift is also very slow.It takes a lot of time to reach to the next floor. The worst part about the hotel is the behaviour of the staff. They behave very rudely. The receptionist guy don’t know how to talk to the guests when they came to the hotel for a better stay. Kindly avoid this hotel & look for the better Hotels around. There are best & cheaper Hotels around than this Hotel. This Hotel also have very limited staff & most often it takes a lot of time to do the room service i.e guests have ordered something in the room,a lot of time has been taken for the order to get ready & after that room service also takes a lot of time. Worst Hotel,Worst Staff,Worst Room Service.Worst experience of my life is staying in this hotel. Rooms are also very small & less spacious.Very less space to keep the luggage. Rating - 1/5 Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

It is very good hotel. We had 4 people stay in the same room (2+2). The staff is polite. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms, toilets and sheets is good. The room rates are also economical. The surrounding location is a little okay not great. But the hotel in itself is very good. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights Great value

One of the best Hotel of Indore. We stayed for 2 days and we are 13 people. Food was awesome. Service was Good. Staff were very polite. Check-in is little difficult but was OK is walkable to Indore Junction Railway Station. Breakfast Menu can be increased. Rooms are well managed and clean. As per interior and facilities, price was very reasonable Overall very nice stay here. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great value

I recently stayed at om stay well, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was convenient, and the overall experience made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel. Note: The hotel staff went above and beyond by assisting me in obtaining the medicine I needed. Their helpfulness made my stay even more memorable. Travel group Solo Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I recently stayed at Hotel Om stay well, and overall my experience was not that great. The biggest issue I had with the hotel was the incredibly small room size. It was barely enough for me and my luggage. There was no buffet setup and no restaurant, so I had to dine out for all my meals. The tariff was also quite high, considering the lack of facilities that the hotel provided. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, however, and that did help to make my stay a bit more enjoyable. The room was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. I also found the location of the hotel to be very convenient, as it was close to many attractions and local amenities. Overall, my stay at Hotel Om was not the best. The room size was too small, there was no buffet setup or restaurant and the tariff was quite high. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was convenient. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
