It was such an amazing experience!!! One of the best hotels i have ever seen.. such a reasonable price and the rooms were beautiful 💗 The service was also amazing. The best part is the food!! It's so good like homemade food, it will definitely remind you of your home... I wish more of you guys come and stay here! Rooms were spacious but the floor was sticky, I had to wear my footwear all the time to move around the room. The tubelight of the room was also not getting off could not find the switch for the same. No hot jar was available not even coffee sachets or tea bags. Can be better if they focus on providing more facilities and a genuine care should be taken for cleanliness. As we entered in the hotel and proceed the procedure of check in and we asked them that the owner committed these things (about breakfast and room rent ) the staff called to owner and he denied told us to go to other hotel such a rude behavior. They created an issue when we filled the feedback form against their fake commitments about food (at the booking time they said breakfast will be complimentary for us but when we reached they denied). They didn't provide water, it's chargeable. And dental kit also not provided , we couldn't access the wifi. Overall we didn't like this place. Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

The rooms were clean and well-equipped. Service was impeccable. Guard sahab will be permanently a part of our memories from the Indore trip. I would surely love to visit Indore again and stay at Om Stay Well itself again. Located near the railway station and bus stop. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. They don't have a restaurant but have served food in rooms from their own kitchen which was really nice. Staff are very helpful and service is up to the mark. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

Very bad room quality and not hot water in bathroom

Good hotel! Very good and helpful staff. Rooms nicely made, small but still well maintained. No ventilation was there in our room, exhaust fans helped with that. We booked 2 rooms- one 2 seater and one 3 seater. Both rooms were well maintained and clean. Overall a decent stay in Indore for us! It's very close to railways station as well- at walking distance. Recommended.👍
