Hotel Om Stay Well

I stayed here for two days and had a nice time. Very close to the railway station. All of the tourist attractions are close by. The rooms were spotless, and the decor was excellent. Their customer service is fantastic. The breakfast menu was a huge highlight. I would stay here again and suggest it to others. Travel group Friends Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I stayed here for 8 nights. The rooms were decent, however the customer service is excellent!! The staff (all of them) go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay. They were polite, prompt and very helpful. I will definitely go back! Highly recommended! -105 guest. 😊 Travel group Solo Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4

No service Not a clean place The blankets were not clean. The staff and owner was arrogant and rude. No safety We were told that we will get included breakfast, but when we arrived to the hotel , the owner denied us for providing the breakfast and threadened us to get out of the hotel. Staff, food, cleanliness... Everything was up to date. Rooms are very well maintained. Staff have always been very polite no matter what time you call for room service. Breakfast was very tasty. It is centrally located from the market and famous places of interest. It is just 5-mins walking distance from indore railway station. Autos are easily available from the hotel at any point of time to go places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much team on stay for making our trip memorable. Looking forward to visit again Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

You'll find many luxurious hotel in Indore but you wouldn't get like this one. The staff are very humble and cooperative.
