The food taste, quality and hygiene was way better than I thought but the service was not what I expected. It literally took a lot of time for even my salad and starter to come and i had to wait a lot for the main course to finally be served. Anyways, heads off to your chefs the food was a delicacy. This time, due to family function, I stayed in the hotel. One day before, I had asked for car service to drop me off at the Indore airport. I had specifically told them that I had 4 big suitcases as I was traveling internationally. They got me a 4 door small sedan in which only 2 suitcases could fit. I wasn't happy with their front-end staff who had booked for me the car service the night before. I had one of my family members show up to pick me up in the second car. The ambience, the aura was very good as they have moved for a terrace restaurant but its not open terrace if you are looking for one. The food is really good, you can find cuisines of all variety that too with a great taste. The staff the service is amazing. The place is suitable for couples, family and also if you wanna go alone. It was a nice time we had in Indore as well in Hotel South Avenue, rooms are very nice, neat and clean, well decorated, toilet were also clean, overall it is a nice property. Breakfast - there were many more dishes, specially Indore Poha - delicious, I would love to visit again. Last and least I would suggest - when I ordered Veg Pulav in room, it was very less in quantity and was not satisfied with the test of it. Hotel authority must look into this and need to improve this part. But overall its nice hotel to stay. Me and my family stayed here for three days. The reception staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff is very helpful and polite. We stayed in Premium Room and room was good. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was included in our stay and breakfast has many varieties. But the only thing was same menu in the breakfast on all three days. Actually speaking 5 stars are insufficient to complement this hotel. Its beautiful hotel with amazing room. We got room without prior booking (luck by chance). Bit costly for me but every penny is worth here. I do not regret paying here. It converted my hectic upsetting day into just heaven.. A good hotel which is highly under-rated. The stewards are attentive & efficient. The parking attendant seems to be the most courteous attendant on this side of the Narmada. The food is good.
