recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. The highlight for me was the Chicken Manchow Soup – it's an absolute must-try! Bursting with flavors and perfectly spiced, it was the perfect start to the meal. The rest of the menu didn't disappoint either, with fresh ingredients and dishes that were equally delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Quality and Quantity of Khichdi was worst . Charged approx. Rs.400 but quantity was too low and definitely quality was not up to mark . I stayed here in the middle of September 2024 for almost 2 days..The hotel is good and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, the location is also good and the food is amazing and tasty, the employees of the food department are nice and friendly... all over my experience in this hotel was satisfactory.. Suggestions for the hotel to improve these matters so that the guests' stay remains more comfortable:- 1) Can add some more items in toiletries kit in washroom like tooth brush and tooth paste and face towel. 2) Can add room slipper. 3) You can keep room hampers, even if it is not free, it will still work. 4) Reception or front desk employees should smile and greet guests when they arrive at the hotel. The location of the hotel is good & easy to locate. Rooms were spacious & all the basic amenities were provided. The staff is friendly & professional. Check in time is 10 am & checkout time is 9 am. They have decent spread in the breakfast. The price is slightly on a higher end but the services are good. Overall the stay was comfortable. Do not opt for this if you are getting per night tariff more than INR 2500. Stayed for 2 nights. Broken mirror. Broken bathroom net. No toothbrush. No disposable chappal. No show shiner. No iron/ no hair dryer Toiletries/above items on demand only. On 2nd night, even water bottles were not refilled.( Ridiculous) It's like dharamshala. You will get things on demand only. Since we only visited the 1st floor restau.. will only talk abt it. Food was way overrated and overpriced for the flavours or ingredients even seasoning.. nothing was right.. Soup, manchurian , dalmakhani, paneer masala everything was below average. Had to ask for a menu thrice as if they dint want to share another menu for seven people even at 6.30 -7 when there was very few table occupied. They take it for granted that pwople will take bisleri they dont ask if someone would prefer regular water.. when i asked for it.. the person reconfirmed as if m asking something shocking. I have been an indori all my life and npw after few years in pune when i return home suddenly food in indore dissapointing me is the last thing i expected..
