Absolutely terrible experience. Dirty rooms, rude staff, broken amenities, and zero customer service. This place should not be allowed to operate as a hotel. The rooms are nice, decent and spacious with nice pricing. But my worst experience here overshadowed everything. They DON'T have welcoming and nice behaviour Indore is known for. I had already asked and confirmed my early check-in 2 days ahead with them, still they overcharged me while I was on reception or asked me to keep waiting in lobby. They knew we travelled all night, so we will surely pay extra 300/room, non-negotiable, conversation also didn't went well as their tone is non-customer friendly. All they want is to mint more money. Due to this, they also deliberately alloted second room far away from first, and later denied any changes or help. They keep watch on people entering inside premises, which is good, but don't say a word to drunkards and smokers making noise in lobby at night which was little unsafe for ladies to go from one room to another. One extra guest stayed with us at late night. And these people kept disturbing us at 1AM even after I told them to see it in morning. Also before 11AM, they kept calling repeatedly to check out and denied any complimentary late checkout clearly, just 30mins. I had to pay extra for extra guest but they couldn't describe any justification for the paid amount. Rather spoke loud and rudely as if they care for security of customers. Very disappointing experience. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, with absolutely no respect for guests. They charge extra for online payments and do not inform you properly. The rooms are below average and definitely not worth the price they charge. Don’t be misled by the reviews. Not recommended at all. When I entered in my room there was some bad smell comes and when I checked out the before it I call on reception oder one glass warm water.The bellboy come with warm water jug as I put water into the glass what I see there was some cockroach footing in the jug very bad service by bellboy. I stayed at Super Townhouse Divya Palace, Indore with my family for 3 days and 2 nights, and we had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also has a restaurant beneath it, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended for family stays. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Divya Palace. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is convenient and easily accessible, making travel around the city very easy. The food quality was also good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.
