The hotel management is very poor . The facilities & the condition of the hotel is also very poor . While doing the online booking the rooms are provided with air conditioner but when we are going to check in they ask for more money for the AC room . Do prefer this hotel if it's your last one . The condition of the bed is too immoral .

Best budget hotel on that location. Indore junction is only 250m away from the hotel. Sarwate bus stand is also nearby, walkable distance. Most of the tourist attraction spots are within the range of 3-4 kms from the hotel. Room tariff is affordable. Rooms are specious and clean. Hotel staffs are so helpful and well behaved. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel through oyo. Upon reaching the hotel they told me only one room is available and demanded for the price in which I had booked two rooms. It is the worst hotel in terms of dirty linen, torn towels and most of all its 'Greedy Owner'. They say that they don't honour the online booking, bcoz they don't receive the money from online booking partners (but we all know it's a lie). They will provide you room if you are lucky, also the linens are so dirty you mind will shake before sleeping in them, the towel provided is torn and dirty from multiple sides. I would only recommend this if you are a person who does offline booking in hotels because then you don't have to face any problem. This is fraud . When I reached at night, there was no any hording of its name in front of hotel. Oyo customer care also not support us and provide contact number of this hotel. I have lost 2 days rent in this fraud. I suggest you to not book this hotel Ridhi Sidhi. This is fraud

Disappointing Experience Before Even Checking In I didn’t even get the chance to stay at Hotel, and I already feel compelled to leave a review based on the terrible experience I had before my stay. Booking Issues: I had made a reservation well in advance through oyo,but when I arrived, the hotel claimed they couldn’t allot a room and demanded extra money, when i even agreed for extra money they first told price for the complete room but later on denied the same by telling price was only for one guest.After waiting for what felt like forever, they still couldn’t resolve the issue, and I was left without a room. I even showed them my confirmation, but it didn’t seem to matter. Customer Service: The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I tried to explain my situation calmly, but the staff member seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. I was given no alternative solutions, and the whole experience left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Unprofessionalism: To make matters worse, there was no apology or offer of compensation for the inconvenience. It felt like they didn’t care about losing a customer. I was forced to find another place to stay at the last minute, which was incredibly stressful. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be staying here in the future. A hotel’s service before you even check in says a lot about how they treat their guests, and I wasn’t impressed at all. The rooms and the service both are excellent. Located near the Railway station & market & good eatery places. They do not have a restaurant but provide room service and a free breakfast. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful... especially to mention the name of Mr. Azad. and All in all a great place to stay.
