Hotel O by OYO Ridhi Sidhi

Its time to let the cat out of the bag.. I'm sharing my very personal opinion.. hotel ridhi sidhi will receive online amount through online bookings. we reached nearly 10.30 late night to their hotel we enquired about our bookings over telephone they blame oyo that oyo has canceled the booking..no owner was there in that hotel...very worst and pathetic situation I ever have..moreover people were drunk in that hotel..we called to the concern phone number they kept on telling that your booking was canceled by oyo oyo oyo and they are not ready to give back the paid amount which we paid through online transactions..the first impression we get in indore is an aversion..i request everyone not to trust online bookings blindly.. Horrible experience. Booked the hotel. Have all the details and confirmation from OYO. Reached late at night because train got delayed. Hotel staffs said there was no intimation from Oyo and left me outside cold. Not bothered to verify. Asked several times to check. Connected oyo customer center several times , no response from their end. Very bad experience in this kind of inhuman behaviour. Please do not prefer this hotel. Trip type Business

Rooms was clean,neat and fresh. Staff was friendly and helping.also the owner was friendly to help you out about indore market and surrounding. Even complaint handling was quick. And the hotel is in main market so i must say It's a good place to stay for people who are there to enjoy market area.

After seeing on Internet on various sites we go there hotel situated in hardware market on 2nd floor very small upstairs on reaching hotel at reception for room he. demanded r/s 1500/ for normal room rs 2000/ for ac room for 2 person when I told room is shown rs 700/ to 900/ on various sites then he reply these are old rates we didn’t given booking from on line sites like Agoda / Booking com so don’t trust on online site rates all rooms are vacant worst staff & behaviour also don’t go there it’s only Waisting ur time it’s honnney trap😜😜not durable for senior citizens no lift pathetic location Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2 Rooms Furnished only in pictures Nearby activities Hardware market Safety No security Walkability Only thing walkable distance from Railway station Noteworthy details Don’t waste ur time to go there for cheap rates

This is a low budget upgraded lodge walkable distance from Indore junction. Stayed here for 9 nights. Rooms are good but service was very low. They are not doing room cleaning properly. Even after 2 days we have to request them for cleaning then only they will come. Security is not there so in the nigt they will lock there main door and will go for sleep, even it was not open at morning 7o clock and if you call to reception nobody will attend your call. This will feel me more irritating.

Check in: Booked hotel through Make My Trip, but hotel denied check in when reached the hotel with family. Hotel owner said he doesn't consider online booking through Oyo or any other platform. He asked for extra payment to allow check in. Room: Room was good but bedsheet and towel were torn and no toiletries were provided. Locality: It is located near Railway station but crowded with local hardware shops. Conclusion: Never book this hotel online or make payment before check in. Experience: Worst experience for the first time through online booking. Special Thanks: I would appreciate the support provided by MMT and they have reimbursed the extra payment made while check in. Clean rooms and bathrooms, good service, tasty food all of these at reasonable rates. The hotel is Situated near the railway station so good public transport facilities. Another advantage of its location is that the hotel is situated in the well-developed market so you can get almost anything near to the hotel. While being situated in the market it is quite peaceful

They are fooling OYO they are getting customers from OYO but not providing rooms on that rate they just charge dubble and inform to cancel the booking, new person cannot be travel more in city for searching rooms OYO customer support is useless Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
