b. Clients also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Biz Com Network and not disclose it to third parties without our consent.

5. Payments

a. Clients agree to pay for services rendered by Biz Com Network in accordance with the terms outlined in their agreement or invoice.
b. Payments are due within the specified timeframe indicated in the agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
c. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

6. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
b. Upon termination, clients are responsible for paying any outstanding fees or charges incurred for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. Biz Com Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
b. In no event shall Biz Com Network's total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of indore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of indore.

9. Amendments

Biz Com Network reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
