Had a great experience of attending birthday party,food is really yummy and filling. Staff is quite attentive for all the age group of kids specially young kids and toddlers. 1 star rating. We visited Tingaland in Noida, and overall it was nice for kids. The ticket price was 750 rupees for 1 hour, plus 50 rupees for socks, making a total of 800. However, when it comes to safety, it was completely lacking. The staff did not help the children with any activities—they just stood aside and watched. There was no guide to assist your child inside, so either you have to buy socks yourself and enter, or give instructions to your kids from outside because the staff won’t help at all. The staff was very unhelpful. My baby is 3 years old, and no one was entertaining him inside. My kid was just wandering around and getting hurt. So, I bought socks and went inside myself to do all the activities with him. As for the activities, they were okay—you can visit once if you want.

Nice place for kids. Well planned activities for kids. I loved the place. The staff is well trained. And proper hygiene is maintained. Great place to celebrate birthday parties.

I am downgrading my review based on my recent experience. The price has now been increased to ₹800 per hour, regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend. The main disappointment was that many of the play items were either broken or not working properly. Several parts of the doll house were damaged, some riding toys were not in good condition, the Ball Volcano was broken, and the Ball Cannon was not working due to a gas leakage issue. There were a few other similar issues as well. At these prices, I expect the equipment to be properly maintained and fully functional. The management should focus on keeping all attractions in working condition so that the experience matches the amount being charged. On a positive note, the staff was as supportive, friendly, and enthusiastic as ever. I have no complaints about the staff, who continued to do a great job. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We visited this place on Sunday around midday and had a great experience. We paid approximately 700 rupees for an hour, though there was also a half-hour option available. The entire play area was well-maintained, with extra efforts made to enhance the children's enjoyment. The owner's behavior was very positive and welcoming. The only downside was that the AC wasn't working effectively that day, but they informed us about this in advance.
