It was an excellent experience celebrating our son’s 12th birthday at Glued Supercharged. There are so many options to choose from - bowling, arcade, soccer!! The facilities are excellent and the food and overall service is top notch. Everything is so well organised. Thank you to Ashish and Arpana for taking care of everything.

It was really amazing experience, food was great and tasty. All the zones were orrery cool. The staff was really cooperative and thanks to Arpana for hosting us.

I've been visiting this bowling alley regularly with my friends Raj and Nipun for almost a year now, and the overall experience has always been great — friendly staff, helpful service, and a fantastic ambience. However, our recent visit was disappointing due to the behavior of the manager, Mr. Mukesh. We were misinformed by one of the employees who told us that bowling lanes were free with the unlimited card worth ₹1500. Based on that, we made the purchase. But later, we were made to wait and told the information was incorrect. When we expressed our frustration — which I believe was completely justified given the situation — the manager responded rudely. Despite being loyal, regular customers, we were told bluntly, “Don’t come again,” in front of others in response to us saying we wont come here in frustation. This kind of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, especially from the senior-most person at the center, seriously affects customer satisfaction and retention. Had Mr. Mukesh handled the situation with more politeness and accountability, our visit could have still been enjoyable. I genuinely hope the management looks into this, because apart from this incident, the place has a lot of positives worth appreciating.
