PVR Luxe

In luxe, it's all about luxury, the seats are recliner and they are equipped with the options to move the leg cushion up for a lying down view for the movie and you can also adjust the neck cushion as per your liking. You can call someone to order by pressing a button on your seat and also on/off the side lamp on your seat. The experience is very good over there. They have a different menu than the basic pvr and things are costlier here.

Great ambiance and hospitality. You get a Pepsi for around 400 inr.. Tickets will cost 700. And Luxe plus for 800 Rs. Washrooms are super clean and resembles 5 star hotels. A nice experience overall 😌 …

PVR Playhouse, adjacent to Luxe is the most horrible place to watch a movie. The only sound that can be heard there is the shouting and crying of kids with no control from their irresponsible parents. There was no control from the management side as well. There should be a minimum age of 6-7 to bring children there since it was more of a playschool than a cinema. No one can enjoy a movie there at all. Had a really bad and disturbing experience, came back with a headache and immense irritation from all that noise and disturbance. They should convert it into a noisy playschool instead!

The experience of watching movie at Luxe is truly awesome. And the service even better.

Amazing seats with wireless charging and wired charging along with recliners and less crowd. However, shit service, button to call for order doesnt work anywhere, the screen is absolutely shit, was like watching a movie on an old television.

Visited August 4th with a ticket for August 3rd , scanned my ticket security guided me to Audi 3 seats K19 and K20 , as it was same show same movie , just i came on the wrong day with ticket , but i was let through , manager ASHOK NEGI instead of informing me about the same finding me on the seats i scanned at his entrance pulled me out after checking all the tickets for the 10 people in the theatre except for me on the seats i scanned and Sat in , i spoke to manager ASHOK NEGI and asked him if could pay full price as i was not informed or made aware at the entrance watch the rest of the movie , he asked me to wait for the show at 11:15 pm and watch from start again on a Monday (I’m a working individual 9 to 5) , even though i offered to pay full price and watch the rest of the movie , the only resolution i was provided was to watch the next one when the whole situation could have been avoided if the manager ASHOK NEGI was on top of his responsibilities. It is not a movie watchers job to tell the security to check the date in my ticket , it’s the security and managers responsibility to make customer aware , if there’s anything wrong with my logic you can discredit my review and remove it. But be fully aware these cinemas are there to drain you money kick you out and humiliate you when you’re with your family infront of the entire world if they can or atleast that’s what i had to go through.
