SCAM, the rooms are horrible and the reception even worse. If you are reading this you have probably been scammed

Horrible. Never go to this place. They're complicit in a scam they've arranged with a fake travel agency that approaches tourists at the airport and sells them bogus activity packages that include the hotel, charging you far more than it's actually worth. The place is filthy, the receptionist is rude, and the neighborhood is dangerous. Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1 Rooms Dirty, with stained sheets. The bathroom was dirty. Safety The neighborhood is very dangerous and the receptionist is rude, an accomplice in a scam. Walkability One of the busiest streets with the worst pedestrian access. You have to dodge cars, motorcycles, and tuk-tuks.

A very new and beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite clean, and the shower had hot water. The Wi-Fi in the room was excellent. Breakfast can be ordered from the menu for a small fee and is served exclusively in the room. Due to time constraints, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. The food was very tasty and delicious. Because our flight wasn't until midnight, we booked a late check-out at 8 pm for a small fee (around 1200 rupees) on-site. The hotel also has relatively well-insulated windows that block out about 90% of the street noise, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The pillows smelled bad and the bed linens were dirty. The bath towels were awful. There was dust on the dresser. On the plus side, the bathroom was a good size. The soundproofing wasn't good, so you couldn't get a good night's sleep. I don't understand all the positive reviews. This was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

A very disappointing stay! Dirty rooms with used linens and grimy surfaces, reeking of smoke, located right on what was probably the busiest and noisiest street. And the prices were outrageous! Only the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 1

I don't know how this hotel got a 4.2 rating; it's one of the dirtiest I've ever stayed in while traveling (thankfully, only for one night). It looks much more appealing in the pictures than it actually is. The bedsheet was dirty and torn, the bedding stained (see photos), and the bed was quite hard. It's currently cold in Delhi, and the room was almost as cold, so I had to sleep with a jacket on despite having a second blanket! All the fixtures are rusty. There's a very disruptive noise from the street and from the staff watching videos/TV in the evenings (at least earplugs helped). On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the food was tasty. Trip type Vacation Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 4 Location: 3

Worst accommodation. It's more expensive than other Delhi-area accommodations, but I saw six cockroaches in just four hours, some of them asking to be killed, some of them by me. They're all stuck in the door, so I can't see them without a close look, but the thought of having to sleep with them was terrible, and I booked for two nights in a row, but I ran away the next morning. It's terrible that pornography is on as soon as I turn on the TV. As you can see in the picture, the pillowcase is a mess, and the towels are not clean at all. The good thing is that the Wi-Fi speed and hot water come out well? I really don't want to recommend it. When I inquired about cockroaches, they asked me to show them the wheelworms, and they said they would change it to another room. I didn't want to stay in this accommodation at all, so I booked another hotel (Bloom Hotel) and moved it. Worst accommodation. Although it is more expensive than other accommodations in the Delhi area, I saw six cockroaches in just four hours; I asked them to kill some of them, and I killed some myself. They were all stuck in the door gaps and were invisible unless you looked closely, but the thought of having to sleep with them was absolutely horrifying. I had booked a two-night stay, but I fled the next morning. It was also terrible that pornography was playing as soon as I turned on the TV. As you can see in the photos, the pillowcases are a mess, and the towels are not clean at all. The only good things were the Wi-Fi speed and the hot water working well. I honestly would not recommend this place. When I inquired about the cockroaches, they told me to show them the cockroaches and said they would switch me to a different room. I didn't want to stay at this place for a single moment, so I booked a different hotel (Bloom Hotel) and moved there. Trip type Vacation Travel group Solo Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
