Scamsters. Their modus operandi is is to lure customers in their net by binding them with annual contracts. They don't have trained and knowledgeable technicians. Staff behaviour turns hostiles immediately you complain about the job done by them. On late evening of 5th Jan., they serviced my kent water purifier and next day I complained their technician about water leakage which he said will convey to the company. On 7th, I called their office, when no one came to repair but to my surprise they asked me to pay charge for technician's visit for the problem he intentionally created. It seems like he was instructed to leave the job half done so that they can make more money. Finally same technician came on 7th evening and did something and confirmed the job is done but I noticed the water still leaking. I called them on 10th, 8th and 9th being closed due to lockdown, they refused to attend my same initial complaint of water leakage unless I pay service charge or go for their contract. I have read views from other people for their company that they make contracts and provide very poor service.
I bought a crompton padestial fan ,the day i bought i pressd a button on top it started swinging which was a surprize for me . Its been 4 years and its still swinging right left right. The major surprize is that even it is not connected to electricity socket it is moving. Thank you mr aditya goyal for such a fan he suggested me to buy .
