Really bad quality of products and scammers. We ordered heating bags and returned them due to bad quality, They took the items back and said that the refund would be processed in a day or two. Its been months since we asked for refund and now are pursuing a case against them for the refund.
Delay , we never received an order on time , staff simply tell you an excuses daily. Process before the payment is totally different once we paid the amount the behaviour and the response is totally changed . Hope at least now I will be receiving my order.
These people do not respond after the payment, they take advance payment and there is no information about when the goods will be dispatched and their bills are also not shown on the GST portal.
