Unprofessional
FRAUD. Extremely Disappointing Business Experience Our experience with this firm, its owner, Mr. Vipul Mittal, and the staff has been extremely disappointing. They offer attractive prices and collect advance payments, but the material is either not supplied or delivered only in partial quantities after n numbers of phone calls. To make matters worse, the owner and team are often unresponsive to phone calls and messages, making it extremely difficult to obtain updates or resolve pending issues. I would not recommend doing business with this firm or making any advance payments to them. In my opinion, this experience does not merit even a single star.
