​We placed a bulk corporate order for 7,500 torches with Sunshine Marketing (Ahmedabad) for our corporate gifting. They collected the advance payment promptly, but after receiving the money, they completely failed to deliver the material on time. ​After repeated follow-ups and sheer frustration, when we finally demanded a full refund of our advance payment, they started making endless excuses.Instead of delivering the order as promised, they split the shipment from Delhi to Ahmedabad into 15 to 16 small installments (sending just 300 to 400 pieces at a time). ​Because of their unprofessionalism and severe delay, our company had to suffer financial penalties. When it comes to taking bulk orders, these people collect advance payment upfront. However, once the payment is made, they stop responding and refuse to answer calls. After taking your advance money, they actually start searching for the material in the market. To make matters worse, instead of delivering the bulk order at once, they send it in small parts, shifting the heavy burden of extra transport costs onto you. ​A strong word of advice to everyone: Think twice before giving them any large orders or advance payments. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to delivery, you will only get excuses, not your products. Highly disappointing experience!
