From books on all time favourite Classics to books on bedtime stories Oxford bookstore has it all. What i particularly liked about it was the reading room; You can pick a book of your choice at spends hours on days end. The Air conditioned book store makes sure that you're comfortable while engrossed in your new read. Plus you have the 'Chai Bar' right next to it so a cup of coffee(or chai for that matter) is never too far. The beverage menu offers a variety of choices. All in all I'd say it's a day we'll spent.

I couldn't help compare this store with the Oxford book store in Kolkata. Found many things missing here that almost killed my shopping experience. 1. Book browsing area - very cramped. People were literally bumping into each other. Post pandemic, such a small space is a NO NO 2. Space further cramped due to a tarot reading zone + snack corner 3. Temperature was too high and it felt suffocating 4. Choice of books were not there at all 5. I asked for some nice puzzle options - NO PUZZLES I understand that due to online shopping and emergence of ebook formats, physical book buy must have reduced but one shouldn't have a half baked approach If you open a book store make sure you have all the relevant books and puzzles or else open something else Experience was very very bad

Oxford Bookstore and Cha bar have been a favorite space since college days. While the bookstore is always fun to browse through books, it has changed its personality over time. Mostly it is functional as an events venue, but the major footfall is directed to Cha Bar itself. The space is great to treat yourself to a wide variety of teas. When it had just been set up it was possible to hang around and work from there but now it's almost always too crowded.

This bookstore contains enough books palatable for an average or above average reader. For a voracious reader, it won't be that much fascinating because of the lack of varieties and genres. That is exactly what I felt. But rest assured it has all the new issues and along with that they have provided readers/customers with a sit-in cafe where you can read books and satiate your hunger. Located in Cannaught Place. It's in a place not easily recognisable as they are situated in the first floor and not ground. But they do have a board-sign mentioning the shop's name, which thankfully is decipherable from a distance.

Cozy little place with an accompanying café. Good for spending an hour or two. There isn't a lot many titles available not there is enough categories. But it's commendable that they are running a bookstore in times when everything is shifting to electronic platform.

This is a nice place surrounded by books and comprise of a cafe also. This place also got a kids section. One can pick a book and read it by sitting there for 15 mins. The watchman there is really annoying. One can read there without getting disturbed if the book is purchased. The books available are totally original but are costly and the same books can be purchased outside for a much cheaper price.

Fantastic collection. Laidback old world atmosphere. The cafe has an amazing menu. Wow. Just wow.

Best bookstore in Delhi. Oxford books combines a fantastic selection with the kind of ambience that makes you want to stick around awhile. They may not have every book on your list, but if you go in looking for something interesting, you’ll leave with a stack of books. Attached cafe is a cozy place to hang out. If you bring a bag, check it downstairs. Foreigners will find plenty of familiar authors alongside the best authors in India. Oxford is absolutely the best of both worlds.

This place is a feast for book lovers. Trendy ambience with great food and beverage options. There are other small stalls of handicraft, fragrances, journals and stationary also available here. The collection of books is not that great though. It is extensive but whoever picked the books did not do a good job of it. So that could be a let down. However if you are coming for a quick bite, you will be super happy with the beverage options - especially and extensive variety available for tea. The Indian Masala chai is highly recommended.
