Koemmerling Aluminium Systems - India

Alupure recently installed new windows that I purchased from them, and I was very impressed with their work. They were true professionals and installed my windows without any problems. My home looks completely refreshed when it's light out and makes me smile every time I look at the front of my house.

I had a very bad experience with them . Firstly the team labour that came to install my windows they stole things from the site so never leave them alone working on site . Secondly after sales service is very poor. Many parts of the windows are missing. Their agents never pick up call or respond . They gave us gaurantee of 15 years . They havent attended even single complaint or issue. This is their service just few months after installation how can they commit for 15 years . Very bad experience do not buy their product at any cost even if they give it to u for free.

Absolute waste company. I don't know why they call themselves german. Zero securty with there doors and windows. Just lift with hands and enter the property. No quality checks. They take advance payments and you can't do any thing. The owner should be ashamed of himself for selling cheap quality in the name of german brand.

WORST COMPANY – VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. BE CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! My experience with Alupure (Profine Group) has been extremely disappointing. I paid a total of ₹1,34,800 after being promised uPVC windows, but the response and service I received have been absolutely unacceptable. Mr. Nagaraju, the RSM, has been completely unprofessional in handling this matter. He does not respond to my calls. When I call from another number, he answers but cuts the call as soon as he hears my voice. Is this how a reputed company treats its customers after collecting their hard-earned money? Taking money from customers and then avoiding their calls is shameful and unacceptable. The management's lack of accountability and customer support is shocking. I strongly advise others to think twice before making any payment to this company. In my experience, the customer service and management response have been terrible. Once they receive your money, getting a proper response becomes a nightmare. I want the company to take responsibility, respond to my complaint, and resolve this issue immediately. Very bad experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
