The place is located in the Subash mkt where most of the shop are dealing in Handloom products. The owner is a nice & polite gentleman ,I was surprised that when one customer misbehaved with one of the staff,the owner came to his staff's rescue and he told the customer to behave & talk polite or else leave the shop.A rare episode mostly staff is blamed. Prices of the products are reasonable & of good quality we bought 4 bedsheets for Diwali celebrations.

This is a 50 year old Handloom shop in the area. They offer lowest prices, variety of handloom items - sofa covers, bed sheets, curtains, and lot more. I had compared their prices with other shops in the vicinity and for similar things the is huge price difference.

Very nice store. It has a wide variety of bedsheet, curtain and cushion cover. All are available at very reasonable price. I did my diwali shopping here and I am fully satisfied with the stuff. Staff and owner always gives you bestest welcome at every visit irrespective of any day and time. They never get tired of fulfilling your need. Best store of its kind

Very old shop in Subash Nagar selling curtains towels bedsheet pillow and pillow cover etc good variety of all the products at a reasonable rates with good quality A very strange thing about this market is there is 6 to 7 shops All with same Name Gulati Handloom all claiming to be original so it is better cto avoid all these shops and visit Harish Handloom to get handloom things with a reasonable price with good quality.

I have been a loyal customer of this shop for over 20 years and have always trusted them for purchasing bedsheets. Unfortunately, in recent years, I have noticed a significant decline in both the variety available and the quality of the products. The colours fade quickly, and the overall quality is nowhere close to what it used to be. My most recent purchase was particularly disappointing. The bedsheet was made of such slippery material that it would not even stay properly spread on the bed. When I brought this issue to the owner’s attention, despite being repeatedly told over the years that customer feedback and complaints would be welcomed and passed on to the company, my concerns were dismissed. Instead of acknowledging the problem or showing any willingness to help, the owner simply insisted that I should have examined the material more carefully before purchasing. What disappointed me the most was not just the poor quality of the product, but the complete lack of concern for a customer who has been patronising the shop for two decades. Good products may occasionally have defects, but good customer service is reflected in how such issues are handled. Sadly, the indifferent attitude and unwillingness to address a genuine complaint have left me deeply disappointed. After 20 years of being a regular customer, I expected much better. Regretfully, this experience has convinced me that I will no longer be shopping here, nor would I recommend this store to others.
