These people import machines from China but service and spare parts they are really unprofessional and teriable speically we called them for querry they are not responding on calls for spare parts
Worst machines ever. Bought 3 Vacuum steam press machines. All have given problems within 6 months. They asked for 1000/- visit charges though the machine was under warranty. Even after paying and visiting the problem is still persistent. They are refusing to come and service the machine. The owner Sawai Singh is a Fraud. This company is a fraud.
Delhi Steam Traders offers an impressive range of high-quality steam machines. Their products are reliable, efficient, and well-suited for various industrial applications. The company's customer service is responsive and professional, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
I purchased the ST-2000 Garment Steamer from Delhi Steam Traders, and I must admit, my experience with that product has been the best. The quality of the product is great, durable enough, and it has been my companion for many years now. Talking about after-sales service, Delhi Steam Traders are really good. They assist very easily by phone or even on the video call, where everything gets solved at the very same time. Also, their warranty process is smooth and hassle-free. I am now in a better position to recommend Delhi Steam Traders to all those who need reliable products coupled with excellent customer service.
