Rating these kind of people is beyond my personality. It's a disgrace for boiler community of India. Period. Let me introduce myself: Myself Anmol Maheshwari, we are setting a Solvent plant in Bundi, for it we required a 12 tph boiler. And I ordered boiler from IBL And it was the worst mistake of my life. I gave the order in June 2021 & delivery date was supposed to be 3-4 months. Now it has been 8 months & still they are telling the item is in testing. Because of them my complete 500 MT plant has been jeopardised. It's such a huge Loss for my company. Mentally I've become fed up with these people, everyone from their peon to head are corrupt. I am tired of contacting them since 7 days & no one is giving me commitment of where exactly is my Boiler. The equipments they have sent(very few) have faults in them. They tell you to send an email Fair enough, I sent an email but no reply was given whatsoever. I asked if I can meet respected Cyrus Engineer Ji but I cannot find his email or number. It is my humble request to not buy anything from IBL boilers go for other good parties in Delhi or Thermax. Don't go for IBL Period.
