Electra Koko Tawa Weld Private Limited

KOKO TAWA ELECTRA(Manf. of Mig Welding Machine) --Providing very very poor service. After making numerous requests/complaints during the warranty period, we have not received any service from the team. The customer care lady said JO LIKHNA HAI LIKH DOU, JO KARNA HAI KARA LOU. Actually, they didn't understand the loss of production/ finance, etc. We have been a long-time customer and would like to point out that the company's after-sale service quality is extremely unsatisfactory.

This is a fraud company pls don’t buy from them . They post their fake good reviews .

Bought this product for use in the hills as per the required specifications. I contacted Mr. Kamlesh Joshi regarding an issue, and they mentioned that their team is working on developing a new card to address it. The problem is that during voltage fluctuations, their servo is supposed to protect the equipment, but the product does not support it—resulting in all lights fluctuating. Additionally, their complaint handling is very poor. Until you call them, they don’t respond. I initially trusted the brand as I bought a small servo, but that trust faded quickly after experiencing their level of service. Sachiv Dhawan Automotive Solutions

❤️ Electra KOKO Tawa Weld Pvt.
