I have very bad experience with the sales & dispatch team, frequent failures in commitments. I purchased a machine on 10 Sept, 20 days ago. 1. No dispatch on time- sales team committed me to dispatch machine on the same day, it took 6 days to them to dispatch machine after 100% payment. machine dispatched on 15th Sept. 2. On time delivery failure - Sales team committed the machine will be delivered in Kolhapur within 2-3 days, actually it took more than 1weeks to reach Kolhapur. 3. Received damage Machine - I received damage machine, which I claim for replacement on 24th September. Till date replacement machine is not dispatched. I am receiving daily commitments of machine will get dispatch today. 4. Order cancellation- I ask them to cancel the order & refund it, I am following for same since 24th Sept but there no response on the email. The worst customer centricity & poor service I ever have seen.
