We are having approximately 25 welding machines from Cruxweld. They range from CNC plasma cutting, SAW 1250, and Arc 200. We are working with them for the last 7-8 years. We hardly have any quality issues with the machines. The occasional breakdown is taken care of by the service team of Cruxweld. I find the very responsive and find their assistance wonderful Their assistance online by video call is par excellence. They are very trained to assist you with video calling. Most of the work is done by this process. It saves our lot of time and it helps to save unnecessary contact with the people. This saves time and money. Video assistance is specially designed for every machine. We are ordering today, the Welding generator as we have a project to complete near the seashore. The electric supply there is not possible. They have suggested to us the welding generator 220 petrol based. We have placed the order for 4 pieces of this welding generatos.

Pleased with Mig 200 which I delivered yesterday. Small design and equipped with all desired features . Wheels are attached with it so super easy to move on site while working. Welding quality is fine and strong. A big thumbs up from my side.
