We had a terrible experience with Cruxweld Industrial Equipments Pvt. Ltd. They supplied us a wrong cold weld machine, completely different from what was ordered. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue professionally, they have failed to refund our money and are now threatening us with legal notices when we rightfully demanded a refund. What video they showed and sent on whats app is completely different as it's Chinese video and in actual their product qwality is too low .Never buy from them. This is unethical business practice and shows a complete lack of accountability. Supplying wrong material without taking responsibility is unacceptable. Any genuine and professional company would have replaced the machine or refunded the payment immediately. We strongly caution others to think twice before dealing with Cruxweld Industrial Equipments Pvt. Ltd. Their after-sales service and customer handling are highly disappointing.
