Last month I placed an order for one Tig welder,one spot welder and 2 plasma cutters for one Kolkata based buyer . Within 4 days of placing my order, all the machines had been delivered with standard packaging. My client is very impressed with the quality and services and I got one more contract for 2 welding generators. I also earned a great margin with this order. That's why since 10 years I have been associated with this brand.

One of my spot welding had faced some internal issue while operating. It was under warranty . I mailed them and requested for urgent service and they immediately responded and offered me about virtual service and I accepted. One of their technicians connected with me through video calling and He guided me some instructions and It got fixed. I found it effective and helpful also. Without wasting future time I got desired help and my machine got started.

Extreemly....... bad welding machines .Not at all to the mark. After sales service very very very bad. They have a bunch of non tecnical people who cannot solve any problem. Altough my machine is in warrenty I had to follow up with the crux weld engineer (Mr. Pankaj Yadav) for 3 weeks constatly to solve the problem with my machine.The company dosent care about the problems in the machine once its sold. Please note they do not send any service person to your place to solve the issues perhaps will constantly say we will assist on video call. Do not buy any welding machine from them . Altough my machine is in warrenty , I have to now buy another CO2 welding machine as the exsisting machine output is very bad and constantly gives problems from the 1st day of operation. CruxWeld company please stop giving 2 Years warranty on your machines , it makes no sense, as you dont have the right people and the right attitude to give support to the client.

One of my friend had told me about this brand and after a keen research I found that this is the best welding and cutting equipment brand. At first I placed an order of CNC cutter and within 4 days I got it's delivery. It gave amazing work quality. Again I have ordered for a butt welder which is also going to be delivered on time. As they deal in spare parts also so best help for future requirements in case I need. Their range is comparatively low but quality is beatable. It is impossible to get this quality at such rate.

In 2021 I had purchased a WELDING generator from here which is performing perfectly till today. It consumes less fuel and runs long. Welding quality is also superb and due to attached wheels it is easy to move on site.

Needed accessories are also provided by the company along wythe machine. If I talk about work quality than it is satisfactory. It gives clear and uniform cut. Highly recommending to everyone because it is only one brand which meets all expectations of their customers.
