Cruxweld Industrial Equipments Private Limited

This is my trustworthy brand since 2019 when I purchased my first Tig welder from here. They have various types of welding and cutting machines with all desired features. And most of them are designed with inverter technology to eliminate the hassle of arranging gases.

Last week I got the delivery of a 300A Mig Arc welder a superb welder which works efficiently on thick as well as thin both types of metals. I purchased it at a good rate and all necessary accessories such as wire feeder, Mig torch, adapter, shielding gas regulator etc are also being delivered along with the machine. Although It is based on inverter technology but can also be operated with gas. Happy with my 3rd purchase and highly preferred to everyone also.

More than 6 years has been passed using their machines and enjoying their services. I personally prefer this brand because of their best and timely services. And best part is that we can get welding accessories and machine's parts from here also. So no need to search for these in market. Their rates are genuine and all machines and equipments comes with warranty. Delivery is always on time and if required then free installation service is also provided from company.

ONLY WAY THEY RESPONDED IS WHEN I REPORTED THEM TO IndiaMart ALL OF U WHO HAVE ISSUES REPORT THEM THERE TO GET RESPONSE We at BAYAREA TERMINALS have bought 3 different equipment from your company and due to the address error not rectified from your end had delayed my delivery and running pillar to post for my consignment and inspite of writing emails and WhatsApp messages there is not much in form of help . The machines were ordered with a timebound commitment in mind and urgency of the situation and instead of having a hassle free delivery a minor oversite and lack of enthusiasm to correct it has cost us dearly in terms of money and goodwill. edit added on 11th MAY 2021 My problems did not end with just the consignment being sent to the wrong address. The nightmare had just begun on receiving the consignment they only sent one of the 3 machines and since past 11 days I am calling different people to get an update on the balance equipment which is impossible to get an answer. The people either never take the call or when they do they lie every time that it is being packed it will leave today evening it will leave tomorrow morning now after 10 days of follow up there is still no clarity. Have sent 3 emails with no reply. Dear Owner your advice to use online assistance because of a pandemic is not helpful as I have been using all those channels and more without getting one honest answer regarding my consignment. Pandemic or not replying to emails and giving an honest status update is not linked with the Pandemic it can be delayed yes but after 10 days of no response I can only conclude its blatant disregard for customer. I sent a person from my North India office to your Faridabad address which is on the website and bill and it turned out that there is a dispensary there and your office has moved. and finally when he did manage to locate it was shut pic attached. I have to do this sitting in Mumbai. I have already made 100% advance payment. The only person from Cruxweld who is at least trying is Jetendra Update 14th May Still No reply on 4 emails sent and 6 diff people attending the calls to who I have to explain everything from the beginning. All of them are clueless as to when they will be able to deliver. They keep saying 2 to 3 days and it has been 2 weeks and their words do not inspire confidence. In my emails I have asked them to refund the money and mentioned to all the 6 people I have spoken to for a refund who says they cant help me with the refund and I should talk to Mr Rahul Srivastava ( apparently he is in the hospital with covid since 29th of April so has not attended any calls since he fell ill ) and they refuse to share the number of the owner with whom I can speak and get either the consignment or refund. We repair ISO tanks including the ones that carry oxygen which is CRITICAL in the current covid scenario and because of cruxweld not fulfilling their commitment we are not able to complete repairs the most important aspect for which we ordered the equipment. Before this we used oxygen gas based cutters for repair but currently. UPDATE 15th May 2021 On reporting them through email yesterday to IndiaMart through email, today morning I got a call from them stating they are ready to refund the money since they cannot supply the equipment that we had ordered. This brings me to the believe they were using delay tactics and aggressive rude behavior on the phone when asked about the dispatch of the consignment and lied for 2 weeks saying it is ready will leave tomorrow .on some occasions they also said it is being packed in crate and should leave the next day which was just lies as nothing happened for over 6 days after it was supposedly being packed in the crate ALL I CAN SAY IF YOU ODERED DONT MAKE THE PAYMENT IN FULL AND EXPECT NO PROMPT FEEDBACK.. They do have a fancy online presence on the net and YouTube which does give them some credibility to a person filtering prospective suppliers but in actuality things are very different. For me the NIGHTMARE HAS ENDED NOT MAKE YOUR BEGIN

Since 2016 I am continuously using their machines and never experienced any quality or other issue which can disappointed me. They design actually what their clients want. Due to huge variety of welding and cutting equipments it is very convenient to select and buy as per our requirement. Rates are really impressive. I am highly suggesting to everyone who are searching for a brand which can provide them what they require.

Highly highly recommending for all welding and cutting requirements. Being a supplier, I had booked an order of 5 machine, and all of these were being dispatched and delivered at the given location timely by then. My client is super happy with the quality and after sale services. Packaging was also good and all necessary accessories are also packed along with the machines for the convenience of buyer. Big thumbs up for such a trusted brand.

Being a supplier Cruxweld is my first choice. In 2020 , I got to know about this brand when corona was on peak. Their inverter based welding and cutting machine model was so much helpful for saving oxygen gas those days. And today also they designed their products as per dynamic needs and changes. My all clients to whom I delivered this brand, are fully admired and satisfied with their quality and services. Rates are also genuine and economical. Two days before l placed an order of 3 stud welders for one of my Surat based client who had specified that only this brand should be delivered. So highly recommending to all this fabulous brand.
